1. Preamble

The following general terms and conditions of sale govern all transactions established on the LUMEA GLOW web catalog. Any order placed on this site implies the customer's unconditional and irrevocable acceptance of these conditions.

2. Purpose

This contract is a distance contract whose purpose is to define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the sale of NOVA TRADE's products on the Internet, through a secure online payment platform.

LUMEA GLOW is a trademark registered by NOVA TRADE.

3. Definitions

In the remainder of the contract, each of the expressions mentioned above will be understood in the sense of its definition, namely:

· “Distance contract”: any contract concerning goods or services between the Company NOVA TRADE and a Consumer within the framework of a system of sale or provision of services at a distance organized by the Company NOVA TRADE which, for this contract, uses exclusively the Internet network until the conclusion of the contract, including the conclusion of the contract itself.

· “Consumer”: any natural person who, in this contract, acts for purposes that do not fall within the scope of his professional activity.

· “Purchase order”: document which indicates the characteristics of the Products ordered by the Consumer and which must be signed by him by “double click” to commit him.

· “Order”: act by which the Consumer undertakes to purchase Products and the Company NOVA TRADE to deliver them.

4. Product

All products in the catalog are sold while stocks last.

NOVA TRADE reserves the right to remove an item from the catalog without notice. It cannot under any circumstances be held liable for compensation or cancellation of an order due to the inability to use the purchased product due to incompatibility with the equipment already owned by the buyer.

5. Place an order

After finding the product(s) that interest you, click on the "order" button, the product is then added to your order form.

You can modify your order form at any time and you can return to the catalog by clicking on continue shopping.

When you have finished shopping, validate your order by clicking on the "pay" order button.

In the event of an error on your part, when entering your order form, we advise you to send us a cancellation request by email within 24 hours. After cancellation of the order by NOVA TRADE, you can order again.

6. Prices

The prices mentioned in the catalog are indicated in US Dollars, are valid at the time they are consulted by the customer and are those in effect at the time of the order.

VAT is calculated in the order form according to the rate applicable on the day of the order. The order form and transactions are made in US Dollars.

Any change in the rate will be automatically reflected in the price of the products.

7. Execution of the order

The order will be executed at the latest within 7 days from the day following the day on which the Consumer placed his order.

In the event of unavailability of the Product ordered, the Consumer will be informed as soon as possible and will have the possibility of canceling his order.

He will then have the choice of requesting either the reimbursement of the sums paid within thirty days at the latest of their payment, or the exchange of the Product.

8. Delivery

Delivery is not provided by NOVA TRADE.

The Products are delivered to the address indicated by the Consumer on the Order Form. The Consumer is required to check the goods upon delivery and to report any damage caused by the carrier on the delivery note and to NOVA TRADE within one day.

The Consumer may, upon request, obtain an invoice sent to the delivery address by validating the option provided for this purpose on the Order Form.

How much does delivery cost?

Transport costs are the responsibility of the buyer,

– They are based on DHL's rates for registered mail.

– Our rates include VAT and are calculated based on the weight of the products.

– The cost of transporting your delivery is indicated on your invoice.

– It decreases with the quantity ordered. It is best to group your orders together.

What are the delivery times?

After receiving your payment, your order will be shipped within 48 hours, subject to available stock.

The items will be sent to you by registered post.
Any delays will not give rise to damages, cancellation of the order, or refusal to take delivery.

9. Payment method

To pay for your order, you choose the payment method among those offered by the company NOVA TRADE on the payment page.

In this case, the transaction will be debited from your account within the day following the date of the delivery confirmation.

Your online payments are covered by a fully secure payment service.

The Consumer guarantees the Company NOVA TRADE that he has the authorizations that may be necessary to use the payment method chosen by him, when validating the Order Form.

In the event of payment by credit card, the provisions relating to fraudulent use of the means of payment provided for in the agreements concluded between the Consumer and the card issuer and between the Company NOVA TRADE and its banking institution apply.

10. Data confidentiality

The information requested from you is necessary for processing your order and is treated confidentially.
You have the right to rectify your data.

11. Right of withdrawal

From the date of delivery of your order, you have 7 days to exercise your right of withdrawal and be fully reimbursed. The cost of returning the goods remains your responsibility. However, only goods returned in perfect condition for resale, complete and in their original packaging (unopened) may be reimbursed.

12. Warranty

All products sold in the catalog are guaranteed against manufacturing defects and material defects. The duration of this warranty is at least one year (from the invoice date). In the event of the return of equipment that proves to be non-defective, transport and handling costs may be invoiced to the customer. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from accidents, misuse or negligence.

13. Proof of transactions paid by credit card

The data recorded on the online payment platform on behalf of the company constitutes proof of commercial transactions between you and the company

14. Force majeure

The company NOVA TRADE is only required to perform its obligations to the extent that no force majeure event hinders them.
